Umrah visa application
Saudi Consulate visa form. Complete in block capitals exactly as your passport.

Documents and rules
Rules change; we confirm each item with you at booking and again before departure.
Passport
Valid for at least six months after your return date, with two blank pages. Our packages process the Saudi tourist visa for US and Canadian passport holders; other nationalities, ask us before booking.
Visa
We apply for the visa as an authorized agent. You provide a passport scan, a photograph to Saudi specification and the visa application form below; we do the rest. The visa is included where the package lists it.
Vaccinations
Saudi Arabia sets vaccination requirements for Umrah visitors and they change. We confirm the current list with you when you reserve. Bring original certificates.
Children
Children travel with a parent. Where only one parent travels, a notarised consent letter from the other is needed; we provide the template.
Single women
Some of our groups are open to single women and families — it is stated on the package. Contact the office and we will confirm which group suits you.
Health & mobility
Tell us about any medical condition or mobility need on the medical form so the group can plan for it.
