Questions we are asked most

Our current group packages from Chicago start at $1,850 per person in a quad room for the November 11 departure, and range up to $3,995 for a double room over the New Year. What each price includes is printed on that package. Prices are per person, depend on room occupancy, and may change without notice.

Every package lists its own inclusions - typically the US & Canadian tourist visa, the hotel nights in Madinah and Makkah, full transportation by VIP private bus, breakfast, and the round-trip group flight. Some departures also list ziyarat or a Friday prayer. Only what is printed on the package is included.

Our groups depart from Chicago. If you are travelling from another US city, contact us and we will quote airfare to join the group.

As early as you can. Seats on each group are limited and several 2026 departures sold out ahead of travel. Some packages also carry a last date to register, shown on the package.

Some of our groups are open to single women and families - it is stated on the package where that applies. Contact the office before booking and we will confirm which group suits you.

A valid passport, passport photographs and our registration form. We confirm the current Saudi requirements with you when you reserve, as rules can change.
