Here is the feedback I’ve been wanting to provide to you on our trip.
Overall, we had a wonderful trip, exceeded our expectations!
Just a few items of note:
Positive:
– Turkish Airlines was great, the service was very good and the business class seating on the AIRBUS A359 Jet was AMAZING!!! We were spoiled!
– Business class lounge in Istanbul was phenomenal.
– I had user error on my end with phone service when we landed in Madinah but the driver was very patient and continued to contact us until we finally met up.
– Your staff at Dallah Taibah was very helpful and had us checked in with keys in hand when we arrived.
– Dallah Taibah was a wonderful hotel.
– We had an issue with the lock on one of our suitcases which the staff immediately resolved.
– The restaurant staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious.
– The masjid was right outside of the hotel, great location of hotel.
– The drive to Makkah was great.
– Raffles was also amazing, delicious breakfast – balcony prayer room was my favorite feature!
– Clock Tower was fun to eat at and shop at.
– The Raffles staff was very helpful with securing the entry permits for the drivers.
Again, overall, we had a wonderful Umrah experience. Thank you for all of your help and guidance. The Rawda and actual Umrah were very, very crowded, but Alhamdullilah we were able to complete it. We felt safe at all times. Masjid Nawabi was so peaceful and beautiful, can’t wait to visit again, inshallah.

Bus was very luxurious
Makkah
Everything was perfect.
Ziyarat was ok . I wish I skipped it.
Jeddah dinner: awesome
Yaseen staff was very helpful with prompt responses to emails. You have been very patient with us and helpful.
I will def go again with yaseen!!!!
